Manage Fear with Hypnosis

Fear and angst can serve as valuable internal warning systems. These warning systems can go awry, though, and cause unnecessary distress, impact our quality of live, and limit our ability to take productive action.

If you suffer from a self-limiting fear, you may find hypnosis helpful (biometric feedback, too). Some of the fears I have helped people manage or eliminate include fear of:
  • Public speaking
  • Insects
  • Highway driving
  • Flying
  • Vomiting
  • Surgery, dental work, and medical procedures
  • Needles
  • Being away from parents overnight
  • Fears related to heading off to college
  • Test-taking
As always, the number of sessions needed depends on the individual's particular situation and history. For planning purposes, figure on three to six sessions. (I offer a 10% discount for prepayment of three or more sessions.)
